Located in Benton Ridge, Solt Speedway is a small, eighth mile, dirt oval track owned by the legendary kart builder and racer, Jerry Solt.
After being closed since 2007, Solt Speedway is reopening in 2017 with a full schedule of events. It is located on the backside of Jerry Solt's property just 15 minutes west of Findlay, OH. Since word has spread of it's new grand-opening, there is a growing anticipation of racing enthusiasts from near and far. Among them are local businesses, educators and churches seeking a new opportunity to invest in young people's lives.
While embracing Jerry's vintage style racing, the track also looks to embrace an affordable class of kart racing based on the Briggs and Stratton's Local 206 engine. We welcome families of all backgrounds to consider what racing has to offer.
Those who have experienced racing know that the skills and common sense of the sport equip people with skills that last a lifetime! We offer a family-friendly, competitive track that offers families an opportunity to get involved with the sport..
